To engage the learners in a study of the Scripture text:
Before beginning the lesson proper, distribute copies of “An Orderly Arrangement” as a pre-test exercise from the activity page, which you can download here. Announce that learners have one minute to arrange the festivals as indicated. Go over results as a class; learners score their own results.
To encourage personal application:
Distribute copies of the “Prayer of Confession” exercise from the activity page, which you can download, to be completed as indicated.
